As I was studying architecture at RWTH Aachen, I realized that planning and construction are merely two of many pieces of a larger puzzle – and that you need more experts than just architects to truly address all facets of a real estate project. A great amount of expertise and experience is what does the trick. In the process, many aspects will easily be overlooked that are actually central to render investments successful. With this in mind and following first career steps in architecture firms in Cologne, Berlin and Zurich, I decided to study Real Estate Business at DIA (Deutsche Immobilien Akademie – German Real Estate Academy) in Freiburg to be able to not only design projects but also finance, implement and manage them.
I was then able to leverage these skills working with three Swiss investment foundations as well as German Acorn, Oaktree Capital Management’s German subsidiary, and DERECO, a multi-family office for real estate assets, in Cologne. In 2019, I started my own business to finally be able to provide support throughout all stages as a one-stop solution. I make sure your property investment won’t be mere castles in the air but profitable dream homes or exciting commercial property and that your investments will pay off.
